Step 1: Design & Budget
You can bring in a few ideas or a napkin sketch, we'll help your vision come to life with a full 3D rendering, covering every detail to set an accurate, achievable budget.
Step 2: Site Prep & Foundation
Permits, Site Prep & Foundation: Acquiring permits, excavation and site preparation for the foundation utilities.
Step 3: Structural Framing & Dry-In
Framing & Dry-In: Timber frames, trusses, roof, and windows highlight the scale and geometry of the building.
Step 4: Interior Finishes & Exterior Shell
Selections & Finishes: Siding, roofing, mechanicals, drywall, cabinetry, trim chosen one by one.
Step 5: Final Closeout & Reveal
Finishing Touches & Move-In: Final details checked and the keys handed over.
